Premier HR Mobile Application — Privacy Policy

Premier UPVC (“we”, “the company”) provides the Premier HR mobile application (Android) to its own employees. This page explains what the app does with your information. The app contains no advertising, no analytics services, and no third-party tracking of any kind. For the website’s own privacy policy, see upvcp.com/privacy-policy.

Who this app is for

Premier HR is an internal employee self-service app. It only works with a Premier UPVC employee account. If you are not an employee, the app has no function for you and no account is created for you.

Information the app sends from your phone

• Employee number and password — every time you sign in, to authenticate you.
• National ID number — once, only if you activate your own account, to confirm your identity before you set a password.
• Location (precise GPS coordinates) — only at the moment you tap check in or check out, to confirm you are physically at a company site.

The app also displays your attendance records, payslips, leave balances and requests, and overtime. This information already exists in the company’s HR system; the app displays it and does not send it anywhere else.

Location

Your location is read only while you are checking in or out. The app does not request background location access and cannot read your location when it is closed or in the background. The coordinates of each check-in and check-out are stored on your attendance record so the company can verify that attendance was recorded on site. If you decline the location permission, every other part of the app still works; only check-in and check-out will not.

Where the data goes

All information is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Premier UPVC’s own HR system, hosted on Odoo Cloud (Odoo S.A.). Odoo S.A. acts as our hosting provider and processes the data on our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Information may be disclosed outside the company only where Egyptian law requires it — for example to a social insurance authority, a tax authority, or under a court order.

What is stored on your phone

If you enable “remember me”, your sign-in credentials are stored in your phone’s encrypted storage (Android Keystore) so the app can sign you in automatically; signing out deletes them. The app is excluded from Android’s automatic cloud backup, so this data is never copied to a Google account.

How long the data is kept

Attendance, payroll and leave records are employment records. They are retained for as long as your employment continues and afterwards for the period required by Egyptian labour, tax and social insurance law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data the company holds about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, and ask questions about how it is used. Because these are employment records the company is legally required to keep, they cannot generally be deleted on request while the legal retention period is running. Children

The app is for employed adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.

تتيح شركة بريمير يو بي في سي تطبيق بريمير HR (أندرويد) لموظفيها فقط. توضح هذه الصفحة ما يفعله التطبيق ببياناتك. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي إعلانات أو أدوات تحليلات أو تتبع من أي نوع.

لمن هذا التطبيق

تطبيق خدمة ذاتية داخلي لا يعمل إلا بحساب موظف في الشركة، ولا يُنشأ حساب لغير الموظفين.

ما الذي يرسله التطبيق من هاتفك

• الرقم الوظيفي وكلمة السر عند تسجيل الدخول، للتحقق من هويتك.
• الرقم القومي مرة واحدة فقط عند تفعيل الحساب، لإثبات هويتك قبل وضع كلمة السر.
• إحداثيات موقعك الدقيقة في لحظة تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف فقط، للتأكد من وجودك في أحد مواقع الشركة.

كما يعرض التطبيق سجلات حضورك وقسائم راتبك وأرصدة إجازاتك وطلباتها والعمل الإضافي — وهي بيانات موجودة أصلاً في نظام الموارد البشرية للشركة؛ يعرضها التطبيق ولا يرسلها إلى أي جهة أخرى.

الموقع الجغرافي

لا يُقرأ موقعك إلا أثناء تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف. لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع في الخلفية ولا يستطيع قراءة موقعك وهو مغلق. تُحفظ إحداثيات كل عملية تسجيل ضمن سجل الحضور للتحقق من التسجيل من داخل مواقع الشركة. إذا رفضت إذن الموقع يظل بإمكانك استخدام باقي أجزاء التطبيق، ولن يعمل تسجيل الحضور والانصراف فقط.

أين تذهب البيانات

تُرسل جميع البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) إلى نظام الموارد البشرية الخاص بالشركة والمستضاف على Odoo Cloud التابعة لشركة Odoo S.A. التي تعمل كمزوّد استضافة وتعالج البيانات وفق تعليماتنا. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع معلنين. لا يتم الإفصاح عن البيانات خارج الشركة إلا في الحدود التي يفرضها القانون المصري (مثل التأمينات الاجتماعية أو الضرائب أو بأمر قضائي).

على هاتفك

عند تفعيل خيار «تذكرني» تُحفظ بيانات دخولك في التخزين المشفّر بالهاتف وتُمحى عند تسجيل الخروج. التطبيق مستثنى من النسخ الاحتياطي السحابي لأندرويد فلا تُنسخ هذه البيانات إلى أي حساب Google.

مدة الاحتفاظ

سجلات الحضور والرواتب والإجازات سجلات توظيف يُحتفظ بها طوال مدة عملك وبعدها للمدة التي يفرضها قانون العمل والضرائب والتأمينات الاجتماعية في مصر.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيح غير الدقيق منها أو الاستفسار عن استخدامها عبر مراسلة info@upvcp.com. ولأنها سجلات توظيف مُلزمة قانوناً، لا يمكن حذفها بناءً على الطلب خلال مدة الاحتفاظ القانونية.

الأطفال

التطبيق مخصص للموظفين البالغين وليس موجهاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات ممن هم دون 18 عاماً.
