Glass lab

Glass is not a colour choice. It is a complete performance package.

We connect glass selection to the system, solar orientation, thermal and acoustic insulation, and the edge spacer. The final make-up is confirmed per project through technical review.

Glass is chosen as an integrated engineering decision — system + glass + edge spacer + solar exposure. The final specification is confirmed with Premier's technical office.

Solar control

More daylight, less overheating

A solar-control coating within the glazing unit helps reduce overheating while keeping natural daylight.

Low-E coating

Invisible thermal shield

A thin low-emissivity coating helps prevent heat transfer through the glass.

Warm edge

Warmer edge, lower condensation risk

A warm-edge spacer reduces heat transfer at the glass edge versus conventional aluminium.

Acoustic package

Glass + profile + gaskets

Acoustics are not glass-only; thicknesses, glazing unit, system, and gaskets are reviewed together.

PACKAGE BUILDER

Balanced package

Start with system, orientation, and opening, then confirm the make-up with the technical office.

DECISION LAYERS

Insulating cavity. An inert-gas insulating cavity (e.g. 6-16-4) reduces heat transfer through the unit.

AVAILABLE GLASS TYPES

Clear glass

Natural light, clearest view

Suits: Living rooms, bedrooms, offices, villas, and open views.

Reflective glass

Daytime privacy, modern look

Suits: Sun-facing facades, balconies, and street-facing homes — cuts glare.

Frosted glass

Privacy with daylight

Suits: Bathrooms, kitchens, dressing and service rooms, and neighbor-facing windows.
