Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed through this website. Project orders and long-term commercial supply are governed by the signed contract between Premier and the customer.

1. An order on this site is a request for quotation

The cart on this site takes no payment. When you submit your selection it reaches the sales office as a quotation request carrying the codes, dimensions, colours and quantities you chose. An order is confirmed only once Premier confirms the final price and delivery date in writing.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds, for the profile in the unit stated against each item (per bar or per linear metre). Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed in writing, and exclude installation and transport unless the confirmation states otherwise.

3. Shipping

Shipping is within 2-3 business days of order confirmation for items held in stock. Items made to order are given a date in the order confirmation.

4. 30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the profiles are in original condition and at the full lengths supplied. Profiles cut to a customer-specified length, and items manufactured to a special order, cannot be returned — they are produced to a dimension that cannot be resold.

5. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the consignment on delivery. Report any shortage or visible damage to the sales office within 48 hours of receipt so it can be pursued with the carrier.

The above covers direct sale through this website. Full contractual terms — including payment, warranty, liability and governing law — are issued with the formal quotation. Contact the sales office to receive them before ordering.
