How to choose a uPVC company in Egypt: a practical checklist
Instead of an opinion ranking, here are verifiable criteria: manufacturing, certification, approved projects, after-sales service and a warranty you can read.

You will not find a ranking of the best companies here — any such ranking is written by an interested party. What you will find is the criteria that let you evaluate any company yourself, Premier included.
1. Manufacturer or assembly workshop?
The difference is fundamental: a manufacturer owns the production line and the specification; a workshop buys profile and cuts it. Ask where the plant is and whether you can visit it.
2. Valid certificates, with numbers
Ask for the certificate number, the issuing body and the expiry date. An expired certificate is worthless, and a printed logo is not a certificate.
3. Prequalification with consultants and developers
Approval on a real project means an independent technical party has vetted the company. Ask for the project names, the consultant and the year.
4. The warranty: what exactly does it cover?
A warranty without a document is not a warranty. Read it: does it cover the profile only, or hardware, glass and installation too? What are the exclusions, and how is a claim made?
5. After-sales
Ask about spare parts in five years, who does maintenance, and the response time. Most window complaints appear after years, not weeks.

- Is the cheapest always a false economy?
- Not always, but a large price gap usually means a difference in a measurable item: wall thickness, reinforcement, hardware or glass build-up. Ask for the items in writing and compare them.
- Should I ask for a site survey before contracting?
- Yes. Final sizes and structural details are settled by the survey, and it is what turns an indicative quotation into a binding one.
